VAER was established
in Modena in 1980 as a small artisan company specializing
in precision mechanic processing; through the years, the
company took up injection mold manufacturing, a field that
was eventually integrated by plastic materials molding. This “natural” evolution
guarantees the clientele a full service, and allows to have
a single reference during the process:

VAER has had its headquarters in the San Martino in Rio
(RE) plant since 1996. The setting is especially convenient
to various logistic points of reference, as it is located
in the middle of two major motorway networks: A1 Milano-Napoli
and A22 Modena-Brennero (See Map).
Its position at the hub of the “historic” Correggio plastic
industry district ensures an extensive presence of infrastructures
and services, as well as a range of partners in the field.
Qualities such as a great productive flexibility, a special eye for the
clients’ needs and constant processing and production controls methods
have brought us to gain a strong reputation as an established supplier
for leading national and European industries in a wide range of fields

High qualification requirements and a long experience
are necessary tools to manage the diverse industry
needs, which also require the support of the most
modern technologies available today. VAER is up to
the task thanks to its ever-improving equipment and
manufacturing processes, complying with UNI EN ISO
9001:2000 norm, a certification obtained by VAER
in 2004. Even before (2002 is the year of the first
UNI EN ISO 9002:1994 Certification) VAER trusted
this management system and chose the TUV Italia Certification
Body as its partner.
